ENQER is a human-centered cybersecurity app designed to simplify password management while enhancing user security and awareness. It tackles modern challenges in online safety by integrating intuitive features, such as multi-factor authentication, password strength evaluation, and seamless data import options, including file uploads and photo capture, considering the UX issues of varied age ranges.

The design process for ENQER was rooted in user-centered principles, beginning with research into password management and cybersecurity challenges. Methods included surveys, empathy mapping, psychology mapping, and competitor analysis to understand user behavior and position the product effectively. Early concepts were developed through wireframes and flowcharts, then refined through iterative user feedback. High-fidelity prototypes were tested with diverse users to ensure accessibility (WCAG, AODA) and usability. Branding decisions were shaped by user input to reflect an approachable and trustworthy identity. Continuous testing resulted in a secure, intuitive platform that empowers users to manage their digital lives with confidence.
